Getting Here
We're located in East Oakland on E. 12th Street, easily accessible from I-880. Look for the warehouse with the roofing materials yard. Plenty of space for trucks and trailers. Walk-in customers welcome — no appointment needed.
What to Expect
Sam Jin is a warehouse-style supply house. You can browse the yard, check out materials in person, and load up your truck or trailer. Our staff can help you find what you need and answer questions about product specs.
We carry inventory for both small repairs and full roofing jobs. Bulk delivery to job sites is available — call ahead to arrange.
